| Flights on time,friendly crew,its healthy to have a few budget carriers to choose from,however the jet 2 fleet is tatty and old by comparison,Average fleet age is 20yrs as opposed to say easyjet at just 3 yrs,this could potentially add up to more delays and the cabin interiors are scruffy.MD of americas largest budget carrier jetblue said if a customer sees a broken seat tray in our plane they think we have poor maintenance,it is a principal jet 2 will have to take note of if they want to woo people from easyjet who provide more like a scehduled carrier every year!! |

| I flew to Malaga airport from Blackpool in March. A little bit of a hitch at first with a one hour delay but apart from that it went very well. Check in was quick and easy and I liked having a seat number so there's no scrum for the best. The seats wer far more comfortable than the ones on First Choice(not mine!) charter we had last year.The staff were friendly and competent. There were no delays on our return journey and I enjoyed the flight. |

| just got back from my hollidays and flew with jet2 from our local airport lbia to palma check in at leeds was so easy and quick they have their own dedicated check in and were really pleasant flight was called walked sraight onto aircraft a boeing 737.300 leather seats took off ontime again staff pleasant and helpfull it was a old plane and was a bit worn but was clean not too cramped no entertainment as it is a low cost airline drink service about same price as rest of airlines landed in palma early bags was at carrousell before we were return journey as good off ontime landing early would reccomend them to anyone and have allready book to fly with them again [earlier you book in better seats you get ] |

| I have used Jet2.com on two occassions, four trips, late 2004 early 2005 traveling between Alicante & leeds/Bradford. For a budget airline I found the experience on both occassions to be pleasant and relaxing. Check in hassel free and the crew courtious and attentive, the aircraft clean & tidy, seating adequate, (certainly no worse than most budget lines) and the pricing not at all bad. I found the experience to be much more relaxed and comfortable than the big low cost operator and will certainly use them again. |
