Great flights to Las Vegas,

Travelled return to Las Vegas with bmi from Manchester in economy. Wonderful flights both ways. Everything was perfect - from checking to flight and arrival. On board entertainment was great and food was far better than any other long haul flight we've been on. Staff were superb, very friendly and helpful.
Surprisingly, on arrival in Las Vegas it took only 30 minutes from the plane reaching the gate to being through all the checks and out on the street. Well done bmi, brilliant. |

| After a 2 hour delay from dalaman airport looked forward to getting on the plane. Food was poor quality, slimey salad. Cheese and biscuit nice touch though. Was sat in business class in 1a however the seat was so uncomfortable i could'nt sleep and the recline went beck about a inch! Cabin crew was attentive albeit a bit camp and that curtain is'nt made of iron - i could here every word coming from the crew in the galley. |

| This is a strange airline it has to be said, flown with them on a couple of occassions between LHR & GLA and once from LHR to PMI, the international flight was the most disappointing, it was back in 2001 when most of the fleet was the B737, but unfortunately the crew managed to disappoint. I was travelling with around 30 colleagues, who were "hushed" at one point, and then we had food passed over our heads. My most recent flights, saw a delay to GLA with no apology and a crew that looked just desperate to get home, very disappointed! |

| we along with over 1000 people fell victims of BMI being unable to deice any of their planes on boxing day from manchester airport.17 flights were cancelled, although other airlines managed to fly out. BMI have offered some compensation, but nothing for the additional cost of booking another flight or compensation for the inconvenience, libel laws prevent me from saying more, you can find the full story on manchester online |

| We used BMI last year for our trip to Florida.
The plane was spotlessly clean and looked new.
Cabin crew could not have been better. We upgraded at the airport to New Economy, think there were only about 10 of us in this cabin.
The flight itself was very turbulent due to stormy weather. I am a fearful flyer especially in Turbulence but the cabin crew really did look after me, even sitting at the side of me during some really bumpy bits.
I felt really sick, they brought me ginger ale, worked wonders.
Mealtime I could not face anything to eat. They brought the chef down out of first class to see if he could tempt me with something freshly cooked for me.
The whole experience was great, despite feeling sickly. The cabin crew were the best I have ever experienced. |
