| Recently had the pleasure of travelling with Euromanx. Although we were delayed as we were missing a passenger who had to have a bag offloaded we missed our air slot. The capt and his crew kept us informed, with the three cabin crew constantly walking through the cabin checking up on us all. When in the air....it was really marvellous. Flown with this airline on numerous occasions on their good days and bad days...and still cannot fault them. |

| Flying to the Isle of Man? Don't use Euromanx. Not only are their flights ALWAYS late, the seats held together with gaffer tape and large bin bags full of rubbish from the previous flight stored in the one and only toilet, but their customer service is dispicable.
After ripping my bag, their office was closed (as our flight was so late staff had gone home) so we couldn't report the damaged bag. We did meet with one staff member who told us he wouldn't help us as 'he had already missed 2 buses home, and won't be missing a third!'
Do yourself a favour and pay a little more for customer service and a safe and clean plane. |
