we flew with Onur from Manchester to Dalaman August 2008 2 adults
2 children we honestly had no problems, no delays , excellent speedy check in,and all staff seemed friendly enough, no in flight meal so take something to eat,fab duty free prices so purchase on the plane, i will deffo fly with Onur again |

| I have flown with Onur on a number of occasions as unfortunately, it is my own way to get from Gatwick to Bodrum direct in the winter. Each experience with this airline gets progressively worse. The food is dreadful, the cabin crew rude, safety is obviously not their first priority and the delays horrendous. They cancel flights with virtually no notice and more recently I had their ticket agent in the UK lie for 3 weeks saying our flight had not been cancelled, although the Bodrum office said it had! Avoid at all costs! |

| Me and my Family flew to Antalya in Turkey with onur and it has to be the worst airline in the world. on he way out the flight was delayed by 5 hours then when we boarded the plane there was only one toilet in working order. the food was unedible, and staff were very rude. After a great holiday we arrive at the airport on the way home and we were ment to depart at 5pm and it was delayed till 10:30 pm at 10:30 they then said it was delayed till 2am, then it was 3am, then at 5am we finally boarded the plane with no appology. We wern't offered any water until the 5th hour of the delay and there wasnt enought seats for all the delayed passangers, needless to say i think the lost a couple of hundred customers with these flights. Having talking to some other passangers in the airport apparently onur air are notorious for cancelling or delaying flights with no apparent explanation.Please do not fly with this airline you have been warned. |

I flew on a flight from Stansted to Northern Cyprus, it seemed like a joke from the start with the worst seat pitch I have ever come across in broken threadbare seats that had broken springs sticking through the fabric, some seats being broken at non upright angles. Despite this all these seats were used and complaints ignored or ‘not understood’. Safety announcements were inaudible, in badly broken English, on the return leg they were not even made. Food was disgusting including an entire dish of grated carrot with a slice of lemon as appetiser. Call bells were cancelled and ignored by one of the cabin crew who only came out from behind the galley curtain to do so. His main job seemed to be to close the curtain immediately if anybody dared open it to get to the toilet. The whole aircraft (A321) rattled and shook for most of the flight whilst the cabin lights flickered on and off like a demented strobe system. Landings were the heaviest I’ve ever experienced.
