| I have flown Frontier since the resumed operation and will continue to do so whenever possible. They are one of the cheapest and friendliest choices flying in and out of the Denver area. It's a budget airline that ends up feeling better than the majors. |

My family had redeemed Reward Points from American Express to get certificates to fly from LGA (New York) to LAS (Las Vegas). We first called Frontier and said we had to call AMEX to get cirtificates, so we did. After we recieved them, we called Frontier to make reservations, and found out that there were no seats available. We called back to American Express and they said that we should have made the reservations first. Frontier wanted to charge us a $60 rush fee because they had closed their office, plus fees and taxes, equaling $500 for 3 tickets.
Customer service representitives put the blame on us and went far as to charge us more money to have points redeemed than to buy tickets online.
Avoid Frontier with American Express Membership Rewards! |

I recently had a death in the family and had to fly to Chicago Midway Airport. I booked my flight to leave on a Saturday from Seattle. My relatives decided to change plans for funeral (found out after booking my flight), so I had my husband change the flights to leave the next day. I originally booked the flights on a Wednesday, now he is calling Thursday to change flights to get on plane on Friday (the next day). Frontier was so accomodating that they even waived the $100 change fee due to bereavement and only charged $5.00 difference. All did go well we even got the bulk head seating from Seattle to Denver, changed planes then to Chicago.
I must say the service was great during our flights, my husband even liked the Direct TV (I liked that on the channel that maps out where you are flying over).
I will also say I had to make new changes on the way back from Chicago. Originally I was going to Las Vegas from there after family stuff to clean out relatives home. I was vetoed and had to change flights again to get back to Seattle. So here I was on the phone again to get to Seattle the next day. Called Frontier and they were able to accomodate once again. I was able to change only one leg of trip from Denver to Seattle instead of Las Vegas.
Frontier does work with there customers, I will choose them again.
