| SAA used to be good on the JNB - GRU stretch but this most profitable route they have is now really getting bad. Food is bad, they replaced new airbuses for old ones (no individual TVs anymore), rarely on time, staff got grumpy (not one smile from any staff last time). |

flew long haul (lhr - cpt) last year with SAA. Even though in economy this is THE BEST airline I've ever flown with.
Very attentive cabin staff. Aircraft looked new (it wasn't - I checked). First class service.
FLew internally in South Africa last week (CPT - JNB). Probably the best internal flight I've ever done.
If you get the choice - Go South African! |
