| Turkish Airlines in the best experience I have ever had travelling to and from Turkey. Have flown with them from Heathrow - Bodrum via Istanbul on a number of occasions. Clean planes, excellent leg room, food ok, but wide choice if you choose on line, free drinks, no delays, on line check in 10/10 - Onur Air take note!! |

I flew from Bangkok - Istanbul - London and back and i can tell you i would never even bother writing a review if it wasnt a hell experience.
I could probably write a 500 page book about turkish air but i prefare to keep it short.
Positive and Negative things,
+ I arrived on time
+ I arrived safely
- No personal TV
- COMMERCIAL DURING MOVIES!!! Every 10 mins the same commercial oevr and over again
- Horrible Sound quality (headphones were crap) i had to adjust the volume all the time during the flight.
- Food: Cold Overgines for Lunch??? What the hell
- Unfriendly and forgetful airhostes (Why is it so hard to bring me a coke)
- Very Unfriendly in Istanbul, the Bank, Restaurant everyone!
- You gotta pay 50$ to change the date of ticket.
- They didnt understand me speaking english, i asked "Did you serve lunch yet" as i was sleepnig. She said "what?" i said, "food you know" and she still didnt understand untill the turkish guy next to me translated.
- No individual food choise, eat whats given
- Salad dressing is olive oil with lime, eww
- They kept speaking turkish to me eventho i dont even look like one.
Thats about it, take my advise
DONT FLY TURKISH. THERE ARE SO MANY ALTERNATIVES.
For me never again not in a million years. |

| I fly Turkish Airlines several times a year from Brussels to Istanbul and Izmir. They fly modern Boeing 737's and Airbus A310's. The service is excellent with good food and lots of drinks of all types. I travel in economy, there is sufficient leg room for my 6ft 3 inch length. Check in at both Turkish airports is good, Brussels is a bit hit and miss though. Their prices are comparable to the low cost/charter operators, I thoroughly recommend them. Chris Lalor |

| Use of the British Airways lounge at Brussels and TK's own lounge in Istanbul.
Friendly check-in in BRU and IST. The large, comfortable lounge in IST was particularly welcome because we had a very early flight.
Flight, service, meals etc perfectly satisfactory. |
